Have no idea why but I kind of like Hong Kong~
Went to HK at end of April...
The feeling is kind of weird...
It is my first time to HK but it feels like I have been there for a lot of times..
Perhaps is because of watching HK drama since young.. haha..
That warm yet strange feeling..
Alright, gonna post about few awesome food I had in HK..
First, DIMSUM~點心!!
How can I not have DIMSUM at HK?? hahahaha...
Had these awesome food at Causeway Bay, which near my mom's place..
Shrimp Dumplings (蝦餃) The fillings of this shrimp dumpling is quite different from Malaysia. The shrimp is big and the skin is veryyyyy thinnnnnnnn... yummyyy~~
Char Siu Bao (叉燒包) Hmm.. I can only say that the pork filling in this Char Siu Bao is much better and more fresh.. Maybe because in Malaysia, these food are frozen while in HK is usually handmade..
Lotus Leaf Rice (糯米雞) I KNOW RIGHTTT~!!! This loh mai gai is soooooo different!! hahahaha...
Sumore the portion is like double of Malaysia's loh mai gai!! XD
Ingredients: egg yolk, dried scallop, mushroom, water chestnut, pork and chicken.
My mom brought us to Sham Shui Po 深水埗 to eat 豬腸粉..
I SWEAR, THIS IS THE BEST FOOD I HAD IN HONG KONG~!!!
It taste sooooooooo good that I asked my mom is its possible for her to buy for me when she comes back.. *wink*

That's why I say, feels like I have been here for few times..
Nahhhhh~~!!!! These Chee Cheong Fun comes with this special sauce.. The red color is not chili.. But some kind of homemade sauce la.. Usually only serve with these special sauce..
Got some customer ask for some chicken/ pig internal organs and I ask for CURRY FISHBALLL~!! RAWRRRRRR~~~~ My dad is a vegetarian, so his one is chee cheong fun with those homemade tasty sauce.. While my mom, my bro and I got order curryfishball.. YUMMYYY~!! *melts*
